Shipping & handling



You can choose your shipping country at checkout. All domestic orders are shiped with Bpost or DHL. Free shipping on all orders over 30 euro within BE & NL. The risk of damage and/or loss of products rest with the entrepreneur until the moment of delivery at the consumer or a pre-designated and an announced representative to the entrepreneur, unless otherwise expressly agreed? We ask a delivery term of 2 to 4 business days. If the delivery is delayed or if a delivery cannot or partially be executed, the consumer will be notified about this no later than 3 days after he placed the order? The cost of a possible return shipment comes at the expense of the entrepreneur.


Right of withdrawal

After purchasing products the consumer had the possibility to disband the agreement without giving reason during 14 days. The cooling off period starts on the day after the consumer receives the product. During this period the consumer shall treat the product with care. He shall use the product only to that extent to as far as it is necessary to Judge if he wishes to keep the product. If he does want to execute the right of withdrawal, he shall return the product in the Original conditioning and packaging to the entrepreneur and sending an email in advance with his name, order number & item(s) he wishes to return.
